The Missing Peace for People Who "Have it All"
As a high achieving person, it is so easy to get caught up in the "life we think we want". But honestly, how much of your day did you spend meeting the obligations and expectations of others? When was the last time you did something to fuel your soul, the part of you that's there but no one ever really gets to see? We work so hard to "have it all" - the prestigious job, family, friends, fancy dinners, nice house...the list goes on. We stay so busy giving our time, energy, and resources away that we barely have time to ask ourselves if we're truly happy. Being happy is not selfish. Being happy is actually the best thing we can do for everyone around us because happiness is contagious.
So why do we sacrifice our happiness? It is human nature to get caught in the patterns and belief systems rooted in our upbringing, culture, and past experiences and focus on what we "SHOULD" be doing. We give our time and energy to our external world - we want to look good and present our best selves to the tangible world. But what about that part of you that you know is there, but you can't really see? What about that nagging sense that no one really knows you, that there's a much bigger YOU that is hidden somewhere beneath the surface? It's that you that you know you can be...someday.
My mission is to help you identify and reprogram your patterns and belief systems so that you can be your best potential you NOW! Why wait to get what you really want, fulfill your life's purpose, and reach your fullest potential? When is that even really going to happen if you keep doing the same things the same way? By facing what is stopping you from making meaningful change in your life, you will step into your power and learn how to create a new reality.
It took me years to even ask myself what I really wanted and to stop chasing goals that were not in alignment with who I am. I created my entire life around meeting the expectations that were set for me. I've been very fortunate to have had great jobs, but I know now that they just weren't what I truly wanted. I've spent the last few years immersed in mindfulness, healing, traveling, and self exploration. I went to India, Thailand, and Bali and I am now a certified yoga teacher and energy healer. I've studied, read, and healed (my own little version of Eat Pray Love). What I'm not going to do is try to turn you into a zen-ed out vegan hippie who meditates for 3 hours a day. I know you don't have time for that and that's not who you are. What I do is serve as your truth telling mirror that can help you see your blind spots, bring you greater awareness, and support you in being the best possible version of yourself. I will help you align that potential, unseen, unheard self with your high achieving, successful bad ass self, who you absolutely love.
